We charge a flat rate of $10.99 for most shipments (so long as the number of products does not exceed our Priority Mail box standards). For orders over $250, we offer FREE, complimentary shipping (only applies to orders shipped within the USA). We offer expedited shipping via UPS (ETA 1-5 DAYS, post payment clearing) for customized pricing, depending on your UPS shipping zone. These fees can be calculated on our cart checkout page. All orders include shipping, handling, and guaranteed tracking information within the USA. Your order will be prepared for shipping within 24 hours of cleared payment. Orders are packed and shipped 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. The shipping cutoff time is 12pm, est. All orders placed after 12pm, set will be shipped the following day following our schedule in the line above.
Yes, each batch is laboratory tested for purity in the USA before it’s prepared for distribution. Results of the tests are periodically published here. We carefully select and only work with the highest quality ingredients/products. If you would like to conduct a test on your particular product you can do so at any licensed HPLC testing facility. If any of our products fail the test we will refund your order plus shipping.
Although courrier issues are beyond our scope of our business, we recommend looking around your property for the package. Sometimes couriers leave parcels in inconspicuous areas for safety reasons or they may have delivered to a neighbor next door. In some instances packages may be delayed due to inclement weather. In rare cases we have also seen postal service online tracking system issues where a package says it has been delivered but may not have reached its final destination.
We suggest contacting your local post office or carrier and providing them with the tracking number as they may be able to provide you with additional information regarding the delivery of your package.
Should your local postal service be unable to assist you, please email us at [email protected] . At this point we will have to file a lost package claim with the courier service. In order to file a claim, we will need a signed note from you stating you did not receive your package. In most instances, postal services consider domestic packages lost only after it has been 21 business days since the package has been in transit.
Once a claim is filed it can take up to 60 business days for them to come to a resolution. If you do not receive the package by the end of the 60 days or USPS decides to deny the claim, we will work with you as best we can to resolve the issue.
Orders ship from our facility 6 day a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. If you contact us prior to the shipment being sent out we will do our best to get the correct address updated. Please send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and updated address. If your order has already shipped we are unable to do anything further.
We place a high value on your privacy, so your orders will always be shipped in standard United States Postal Service or UPS packaging. Our shipping is fast and discreet with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging.
